The Preston Meadow neighborhood is located in West Plano, North of West Parker Road, between Coit Road and Ohio Drive. The Preston Meadow neighborhood is located on both the east and west sides of Preston Meadow Drive. Plano, TX is located about 20 miles North of Dallas, TX.
